Comments: Excellent event.
Thank you Donna arranging to come on short notice. You were very professional and good role model for the girls. I only wish the workshop was 90 mins vs. an hour to allow more time for extended role plays and to cover more topics. You held their attention which isn't always easy and I got great feedback from the parents as well the next day.  Thank you!

"The Public Speaking Program at Springdale Park has been great for our daughter, because it has increased her self confidence in public situations, reinforced positive character traits, given her new ways of thinking about her interaction with situations, and given her added social skills, as she prepares for the future. Ms. Riley offers the children creative social opportunities to let their voices be heard and allow them to try new things, all within a safe environment."

Thanks so much for all that you do.  You're so good with the kids, and Carly (and us) think very highly of you.   Have a great summer.

All the best!

Scott Bynum

Dear Ms. Riley,

My son Ashton and I are very happy with your work developing and providing him with proper etiquette. I am so pleased with his willingness to use proper dining while at the dining room table at home or in public.

It has been a pleasure to see my son truly grow and mature under your guidance and this is very important any child's social development, he looks forward to attending your etiquette classes in the future.

Please feel free to use this letter as a letter of recommendation and I will be happy to discuss your capabilities with anyone that would like to contact me.

Thanks again for a job well done.

Sincerely,

Monica Harrington

To Whom It May Concern:

SUBJECT: Memorandum of Reference for Ms. Donna Riley

The purpose of this memorandum is to serve as a reference for Ms. Donna Riley, Author, Speaker, Communication and Socialization, and Etiquette Expert.

As Department Chair (former) and Instructor of the Marketing Management Program at Atlanta Technical College, I have known Ms. Riley over six years. She always has been extremely professional and thoroughly prepared. On several occasions, Ms. Riley lectured to students in the Marketing Program on etiquette and proper protocol in the work place. Not only did she consistently demonstrate remarkable knowledge and expertise in etiquette, communication and socialization, she proved to possess an uncanny ability to make her presentations exceptionally interesting, insightful, and relevant. The students learned from her and enjoyed her candor.

Moreover, Ms. Riley ably served as a judge during the Georgia Career Development Conferences/Competition of Collegiate DECA and was a guest speaker and seminar leader at the International Career Development Conference/Competition in Atlanta in 2009. She also addressed members of the Atlanta Tech CIVITAN Chapter.

We truly appreciate Ms. Riley as she has significantly impacted the lives of many students at Atlanta Technical College.

Sincerely,

Grant Harris
